Been away from the site too long and need to get back on here every day. I have not been as good as I should be, but I am holding steady. I am still at 229 which is up maybe a half pound from a month ago. I have been on plan, but not as strict as I could be.
I am adding slim fast to my program for just a few weeks to see if that helps me to jump start my progress again. I just want to get another 20 pounds off before the end of the summer. I have to get back to the really good habits I had when I lost the first 23 pounds. If the slim fast helps, than I will keep it up. I know that my hubby lost quite a bit on it a few years ago, so I know it can work !!
Starting today, I am back on this site keeping accountable. That is my number one priortiy. I am going to really work hard to stay on track and get back to where I was. My clothes are a bit tighter than they were but some of that is just that I have been drinking diet soda again and not drinking enough water. I am going to see progress again very quickly.
I will post again tonight and report how I am doing.
